To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use or inability to use the program. This includes any data loss, corruption, or disruptions caused by the program’s operation. In no case will our liability exceed the price paid for the software. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
